Since our first school came up in 1975 in Kolkata, Apeejay Schools have won innumerable accolades for academic excellence and admiration for the strong bond of trust and faith shared between parents, teachers and students. With an unrelenting focus on the emotional, spiritual, physical and mental growth of the child we prepare a little over 2000 children, annually, to mature into socially responsible citizens.

Apeejay Schools are affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), India’s largest educational board. The School Management Committee is chaired by Mrs Shirin Paul, Chairperson Emeritus of Apeejay Surrendra Group and the operations as well as management of Apeejay Schools is overseen by Mr Karan Paul, Chairman of Apeejay Surrendra Group.

Established in 1910, Apeejay Surrendra Group is one of India's oldest and largest business conglomerates. Today I went to take an competitive exam at this school (17.12.2023). After the exam, when I wanted to go to the bathroom, a guard spoke to me very badly. I want to know if your school children are taught to urinate under trees? That's what I was told when I wanted to go to the bathroom today.

Respected Mam/Moni Acharya/Shantona Maam Good Day Now that i look back i feel fortunate and overwhelmed to have completed my schooling from Apeejay School Saltlake. But, on the contrary, it shattered me too. Though I don't want to dig old graves, I still distinctly recall you calling me a " Drug Addict ". The word devastated me as the same was openly called out to me. The reason best known to you. Till date when ever i think about it I get goosebumps. A teacher's projection is to motivate, inspire and boost a student irrespective of his behaviour in class. An amicable behaviour and consistent motivation helps a student to overcome it's hindrances and obstacles. When a child is in school every parent feels secure of it's child's education and not being abused or being demoralized or called upon with a psedeuo name. It's heart breaking. My earnest request to you even today is please stop addressing such vulnerable words and endeavor to solve and overcome the stress the students are bestowed upon. Extremely rude & mannerless principal...... In conclusion, attending Apeejay was an immense mistake on my part. The incompetent faculty, inept administration, subpar facilities, outdated curriculum, and lack of community support all contributed to a truly nightmarish educational experience. I implore anyone considering this school to look elsewhere for a quality education that actually values the students' academic and personal development.

I am a parent of two children who recently got admitted to Apeejay School Saltlake, Kolkata. Our experience on the first day of school was great, and we were pleased with the warm welcome and support provided by the staff and teachers. The school follows the CBSE curriculum, which ensures a strong academic foundation for the students. The teachers at Apeejay School Saltlake are excellent. They are knowledgeable, dedicated, and have been instrumental in creating a positive learning environment for my children. Current principal of this school is more of a worthless business woman than a teacher, more importantly a principal. She doesn't understand how to mentor and motivate her students. She is not at all a good listener. She expects parents should create some machines out of their kids and send them to her factory to perform. Her behaviour towards parents and students is awful. She should be removed immediately if the authority wants a better environment in the school.

The Principal has less communication skill to communicate with Parents and students. Extremely rude behaviour. She is unable to listen while someone speaks. How was she able to participate in a school? High paying school with subpar qualifications. If you're considering enrolling your kids here, be prepared to cope with less-than-qualified teachers and subpar administration.

Best school in the whole world....It has a great faculty and campus with a peaceful environment . It has helpful teachers and a wonderful staff . There are many branches of Apeejay school - IN KOLKATA: •SALTLAKE. •PARK STREET. IN WEST BENGAL: •HALDIA. IN ORISSA: •BHUBANESHWAR.
