I am an ex student and know the school in and out. Don’t recommend the school. The teachers are heavily biased toward certain students and don’t remember the names of rest of students Money speaks a lot From management to teachers ,full of ego . There are a lot of bullying and physical assault. The teachers get jobs based on religion and not how much they know. The teachers don’t accept new innovative ways .they just want you to mug up and vomit. They can make u fail if you dont take private tuitions from them. The playground is also full of dust most of the year else muddy. Within days the admission the child will learn innovative slangs which you have never heard of. As soon as the child reach mid school they will pass lewd comments from busses to other school children like pratt and cghs and modern high.

Worst management. Behaviour towards parents is sometimes pathetic. Too difficult to meet principal. Current receptionist needs to learn how to behave. He without any hesitation addressed me, a parent 'A Stranger'. He must be instructed to behave like that. One of the teacher named Mr.Jimmy Brown, who is the class teacher of my son's class harassed me when I wanted to discuss about the problem my son was facing in class. Mr. Brown directly told he was instructed not to discuss about discipline. This happened on 29th October and immediate mail was sent but till now school doesn't show the minimum courtesy to contact us,the parents of CBS. School sends notice to pay advance fees within 4 days suddenly and without informing parents they told students that they will not be able to seat for final examination. Students ID-card given at the end of the session (5th December). Corporal punishment is still there. Total mismanagement. Not expected from a reputed missionary school like CBS.

One of the best school in kolkata as far we know but the worse things about their behaviour is really rude ,they need to improve their behavior specially the principal who doesn’t have etiquette how to talk with respected parents, the coordinator she shamelessly admits that she can’t speak or understand Hindi language accept English ,and she predicts about children future ,teachers behavior are kind towards selective student ,the receptionist he threatens if parents will deny his command ,they called themselves strict but actually they are egoistic self centered psycho, dusty playground is badly affected children health, they really need to improve otherwise school is good .make sure about the TC these people try to make you beg for it or a handsome donation.
