Only advantage "was" good teaching resources which is now depleting every year. No or little awareness about 21st century generation and their society and still dumb struck with their 1960s idea of education.

The Best School Present in Faridabad. There are complaints of parents that very less activities are there but you must see the annual function held in this school in 2022 end which seemed to be some international ceremony Here are the pros and cons Pros: 1. This school is ranked No 1 in state of Haryana and no 2 all over India on bases of class 10 results (2019-2020) 2. There are assemblies held every week which motivate the students in removing their stage fear. 3. The Teachers are Professionals and are great in their subjects. 4. Their is a recording studio also present in the school (89 sector branch) which seems highly Professional Cons: 1. They provide only 1 Period of Games to the students above class 5 or 6. Although the sports teachers are professionals but period provided for games are less 2. The classrooms are a little smaller than they should be but enough for 35-36 students 3. The Pressure on the students is too much who are average in studies because this school not just teaches from the NCERT but also provides handouts which has extra study material which will come in exam also. (Like OHMs law is being introduced to students just in class 7,JUST INTRODUCED)

Let me share the real side of this so-called 'good school'. I witnessed very rash driving by 2 school buses (they seemed to be racing against each other, and took the wrong side on a busy red light). I immediately called Principal's no. and was shocked to see the kind of response I got. As per the school official (am not sure who it was), if I haven't noticed bus nos. they can't and won't do anything. I tried giving them the area where this happened and they could have easily traced buses. But this person had zero intent to look into this. Moreover, when I told that the buses almost hit a mother and child on 2 wheeler, this person claimed it must have been their fault!! This clearly reflects the real ethics and values of MDPS. I am just hoping it wasn't the Principal Sir on phone!!

Bad Experience as a student, Most of the reviews are not valid to the actual things that happen in the school. A.C in the bus doesn't work half of the time. A few teachers sometimes have bad behavior towards students, Bus Conductors hired by the school don't know how to handle petty disputes, leaving disputes aside they don't even know how to handle children to the point where parents have to take matters in their own hand. The school is one of the best in Faridabad with its extraordinary Academics, Amenities provided for students under 9th Grade (as of now while I am writing it, Things such as A.C, Smart Boards might have been upgraded to higher classes since the authorities are trying to provide such things to children in higher classes ). This school is a big no no for other things. The behavior of most school authorities towards Students is very bad. The schools has upgraded itself in Sports, Activities, and The way of teaching children as per NEP 2020. The school is excellent at upgrading itself per time. Mediocre Students are given no help for anything even basic doubts and are usually taunted for that by teachers, This is something I have not experienced however my mates face it on a regular basis.

One of the worst principal (U. S. Verma). my views are not biased I worked with him for almost 8 years and resigned in Sep 2021. The principal in question is known for his autocratic leadership style and his tendency to micromanage his staff. He has been in his position for several years and has built a reputation for being difficult to work with. Many teachers have complained about his behavior, but nothing has been done to address the issue. The principal's birthday is a cause for celebration in the school, but unfortunately, it has become a source of stress for the teachers. Every year, the principal expects his staff to contribute money towards his birthday celebration. The amount requested is not insignificant, and teachers feel compelled to contribute even if they cannot afford to do so. The principal's behavior has become so egregious that some teachers have reported feeling anxious and uncomfortable when his birthday approaches. The impact of the principal's behavior on the teachers is significant. Many feel that they are being taken advantage of, and that their contributions are not appreciated. They feel compelled to contribute out of fear of retribution, even though they may not want to do so. This creates a culture of mistrust and resentment, which can affect the school's overall morale and culture. In conclusion, the behavior of this principal is unacceptable and detrimental to the school's culture and morale. Compelling teachers to contribute money towards his birthday celebration is not only discourteous but also inappropriate. The school administration should take action to address this issue and ensure that the principal's behavior is in line with the school's values and expectations. Teachers should be able to work in an environment where they feel respected and appreciated, not coerced and taken advantage of.

This school is very good but something can be improved - Timing is very early for 1st route Less holidays are given Make a little bit of pressure on students for IIT Keeping engaged students with study only two or three games and activity periods are there in a week And these are the cons of this schools.

Here the director is DICTATOR... Worst than any other present in the whole city... Only the few top groups are preferred over the rest of the groups.. The other groups are there only to submit there fees on time and pay penalty too to fill their treasures... Students here are demotivated by the teachers only ... I experienced all things there and regret it a lot...😭 Ruined my life ... All the teachers are scared from director principal and he himself keeps the teacher in his control so that they do not help anyone in anyway ........

It's a wow institute, one of the best in faridabad be it education standard, academics, sports, library, child grooming, discipline and or extra curricular activities. Highly recommended, however only minus point is the high fee structure but keeping in view of the above all facilities its worth paying.

Horrible staff behavior and it starts from the front gate, to the reception area, accounts department, and the list is endless. They don't know how to talk to parents. Just because mdps has the maximum students does not give you any right to talk rudely to parents. Completely horrendous and not acceptable at all. Dont choose this school.
