I recently had a very unpleasant encounter with the receptionist at Shivalik Public School. Not only did she lack basic communication skills, but her behavior was also highly unprofessional. Instead of attending to my query promptly, she seemed more interested in engaging in frivolous chatter, wasting both my time and hers. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the level of professionalism at the school's front desk. I hope the management takes steps to address such behavior to ensure a more welcoming and efficient environment for visitors in the future.
