The receptionist named Ritwika Sengupta at the Sarjapur branch exhibits extremely unprofessional behaviour, displaying a lack of respect and rudeness. While they are willing to assist when inquiring about admissions, their attitude changes when faced with general queries, often abruptly ending the calls. It's perplexing why individuals with such poor demeanour are hired for customer-facing roles. This situation is disappointing. On a separate occasion, I contacted the branch again, and the call was answered by Tapapriya Mitra. She provided me with an incorrect email address, further adding to the frustration.

This is solely based on my experience with the children of this school who were on the same flight as me—Indigo 6E2401 flight from Bangalore to Delhi on Feb 1, 2023. The children were some of the most unruly children I’ve ever come across. The flight was full of them, and they made life difficult for other passengers. They kept throwing bottles at each other, kept shouting obscenities, and playing pranks on each other. It was only when a kind lady scolded them toward the end of the flight that they went quieter. It only goes to show how lazy the school administration is, that they didn’t send a teacher along to ensure the children behaved well. A bunch of misbehaved children which only goes to show the privileged backgrounds they come from, an ugly ugly experience.

We toured Inventure Whitefield and Main campus for our two toddler kids, and loved both campuses and teachers. Focus on extracurricular and holistic development is a differentiator. Sharada, the admission coordinator did an great job to give us a full experience of the what the school offers. We were invited to Grandparents Day as visitors and kids liked it! We wished the classroom were more gender balanced. We ended up going for another school to be closer to work, but would absolutely consider the school as kids grow up!

I loved every minute of the two years my son was in Inventure. It completely changed him. Their slogan of a 'happy place to be' is spot on. Nooraine has done a terrific job of starting a school from scratch. There was not even one staff member, be it teacher or coach or janitor, that I ever had a problem with. Clearly the staff are happy enough that they have the guts to be creative. Between the hours of 8AM and 2 PM, they were nothing short of the mother to my son. God bless Inventure, and may they continue to set the standard for other schools to follow.
