The faculty offered him a sapling as a token of the event. In his address he shared spiritual values, perception and interactions with Amma. Even in the absence of Amma, he made sure that her philosophy and motivation that each of us possess a divine power, teachings of the Vedas, do not fail to reach the students—the Guru Mantra to succeed.
The Anchor of the Event:
The event being held on such a huge scale, demanded an eloquent anchor to hold the audiences’ interest and guide them through the events. For that matter, not only did Ms. Sonia of the faculty, did a commendable job; students too, got the opportunity to take the centre stage on the mic, to anchor parts of the event, and to deliver their speeches and share their admiration for their Amma with the community.

Students’ Achievements:
The annual report as part of what the annual event offered consisted of AIV’s enterprises throughout the academic year. Student achievements in esteemed contests such as South India Open Karate Championship, International Karate Competition, Double Pass Development League of Football, Drawing Contests, in Music, Dance, Taekwondo and more– were displayed. Students’ academic achievements in external examinations and competitions spread across the likes of IEO, NCO, ISSO, NSO, Spell Bee, Olympiad IGKO were also showcased. Moreover, Inter House Sports competition winners list was also shared with the audiences.
Top performers in Inter School Chess Championship, National Level Skating Championship, CISCE National Level Athletic events got to share their triumphs with the Amrita family.

Celebrations and Orientations:
AIV remains consistent with its parent-teacher-student community interaction and transparency events that is corroborated by the PYP Parent Orientation, ICSE Parent Orientation, Montessori Orientation, MYP Orientation, Parent Orientation Assessment in MYP, Culminations in PYP, and more that the audiences were made aware of at the annual event.
Making a mark as a socially aware and responsible educational institute AIV shared how it celebrates Onam, International Yoga Day, Teachers’ Day, Independence Day, Compassion Week, organises Investiture Ceremony, arranges Donation and Plantation Drives, Healthcare Camp, its own tradition of Sanskriti Pooja on ‘Amma’s’ birthday and so much more.
The report also enlisted the field trips and guest sessions, professional development workshop for teachers and parent-connect events conducted throughout the year.
School Achievement:
The school shared the delightful achievement with the entire community that it was awarded the Most Emerging International School in Bangalore in Global Business and Education Award 2023 and didn’t hesitate in crediting the AIV family for the same.
Cultural Performances:
The cultural event was the highlight of the annual program where as you can see, the students performed dressed up in hues of creativity, culture and history. The set up for the same, from the grand stage to the lighting management, was remarkable. Students got to deliver speeches, sharing their views on the culture and environment and the diversity they are taught and that they experience at Amrita International Vidyalayam Bangalore. Poojya Amritageetananda Swami ji, mentioned in his address to the audiences that the performances were most awaited and later on, the kids delivered it perfectly.
Swimming Pool Inauguration:
Amrita International Vidyalayam Bangalore Annual Day celebration served as a great opportunity for the brand new Swimming Pool Inauguration where Shri Amritageetananda Puri felicitated the construction team.
