• The admission form must be collected directly from the school office; photocopies or exchanged forms are not accepted.
• Once obtained, the completed form should be returned to the school office within three days, accompanied by the required documents.
• For admission into classes Pre Nursery to I, a birth certificate is necessary, while a transfer certificate is required for classes II to IX.
