We have been associated with the school for a year now and the journey has been special, to say the least. The highlight of this relationship is the teachers - some of whom have gone the extra mile to ensure that the children have a safe and open environment to be themselves!
The concepts under IGCSE curriculum are introduced and taught through innovative ways and means to ensure that the kids absorb them well.
Cultural and co-curricular activities are conducted on a regular basis and have a range of topics which are covered.
The recent highlight of this year was the beach clean up in which the kids, their parents and the teachers participated with full gusto!

The Annual Project 2023-24 under the theme ’STEAM’ was organised by HFS. We, teachers and students of Grade III, worked on sub topic ‘Engineering’.
It was a pleasure to work with the students and guide them through their models and amazed to see their creativity and confidence. Both display and dance kids have put in lot of practice and hard work. The event was a work of team efforts and dedication and has helped the kids to gain knowledge and understanding on the topic. The success of the project display has surpassed all expectations!!

One of the worst school i have ever seen in my life. To begin with an old lady is a principal who is hatching eggs in that school from long time but unaware of what is IB and IGCSE curriculum all about. The trustees is big shot who wants to save money and have assigned this old ICSE teacher to be the principal. This lady just hires all out dated teachers from nearby area and trap them verbally in her smart way to fool them. There are hardly any kids in the school for IGCSE or IB. I request you all parents before joining the school ask the experience of the teachers they have hired to teach in school. Most of them are new or very old without any experience. It is better to join podar international school bearby that knows the worth of IB school.

I unfortunately could not find a zero star so one star. I am a student studying in hfs powai and i must say that it is one of the worst schools in Mumbai. Before admission they promise that they have the best teachers but after admission the teachers teaching dont even have complete knowledge about their own subject. They only entertain bright students. The teaching here is super bad. You will never understand what the teacher is teaching . You will have to probably take tuition or just memorize everything (even maths) without even understanding it.

How can a school management be so cruel. In these hard times when due to COVID-19 pandemic so many have lost their jobs. Many of them are working on salary cuts. This management wants to increase fees and if parents don't pay on time, threaten them to cancel admissions. It is only after all Parents came together that this decision was reversed. We know your real estate business is in shambles but don't punish parents and their children because of your mismanagement.

The school is quite good academically and may be one of the best in Powai-ghatkopar- Mulund region for ICSE board. I have seen good academic progress in my kids. Teachers and Management is stable, events are well organized, and above all being an old school they know how to teach students a vast ICSE syllabus and has a no nonsense approach. Rules are strict but it is needed in icse board.
Only area they can improve may be is sports facility for kids who are genuinely interested. Sports teachers don't even check if kids are interested and doing well in a particular sport already!

DO NOT COME HERE. It was the worst mistake of my life. the infrastructure is awful, the teachers are terrible, the canteen is unhealthy and substandard, the turf(8m x 8m) is not up to par. Everyone will treat you like you are inferior over here. Please, never come here.
In the past few years, ever since our ex-Principal left and became the Principal of A.M. Naik, our school has been steadily declining, most of the students have quit this school for something better in the area like Podar International School, HFS and A.M. Naik.
Please do not send your child here(if you are a parent) and please do not come here. There is trash everywhere around the school. It is unhygienic and the smell is disgusting.
I have been in this school for 7 years. It has been a nightmare. The teachers genuinely do not care about the students.

The worst and pathetic school in Powai. Fits perfect for the quote in hindi "Naam bade darshan khote". There is no option of half star or zero star else would have rated it half star. This school does not deserve 1 star also. Teacher do not understand or is bothered about the mental health of a kid. My child was getting bullied by other kids in the class when he complained to the teacher no strict action was taken as such. After taking personal intervention in the scenario when I met the teacher she had such a defensive attitude to defend her mistake instead of accepting it.

This username is an Alias as to not get in trouble if this review is read by any of the staff.
I am a student of KV IIT Powai And Have spent more then 8 years here, This school is said to be the best School/Public School in Mumbai, This is a huge lie. There have been many situations in this school that have been covered up, hidden and altered, One of these being a situation where 3 children in the 8th grade were caught smoking in a corner of the building where there is usually trash and old furniture they were seen by one of the students also in the 8th grade and a teacher was told about this, The teacher instantly took the students in question and consulted them. I personally do not know what happened when she consulted them but the 3 students were found guilty and apparently said they got the cigarettes from someone in one of the other sections. This entire story was covered up and never brought up again by anyone after the 3 students were suspended, and I'm not kidding For just 1 WEEK. This type of behavior usually lands a child into Juvenile Prison but they were suspended for Just 1 week. I have many more other stories like this but I wont be sharing them in this review.

I studied here for 11 years so I can assure you my review is completely organic, realistic and believable. VERY BAD experience for 11th and 12th doesn't stand upto the name and expectations of "no.1 govt school" at all. don't send your kids here, they'll emerge as talentless insignificant little human beings with no exceptional qualities. terrible management. teachers' quality can be significantly improved as there is absolutely no creativity. unhygienic and half broken down buildings. uniforms are hideous. the only good aspect of this school is the PT teacher.

Very good school with all facilities. Amazing lunch and breakfast provided. The Principal Ms Rehana Kazi, Director Chaula Joshi and teaching staff are very approachable and open with parents. Their annual day and sports day ate out of the class with great learning for the students. Very neat and upto date school premises as well.

Undoubtedly one of the best schools in Mumbai. I am talking from personal experience; my daughter has been studying here since Jr. Kg. and never had any complaints. Do not agree with many of the reviews written by other parents. Its not a government aided school, but a well maintained private school. The fees charged is just a cost of maintaining better standards and facilities. So yes it might look a bit expensive but the facilities are worth every penny. The infrastructure, the location, the attention to sports and extracurricular activities along with top class education defines this school.
The teachers are quite knowledgeable and well trained. In all aspects whether in academics or sports or cultural events, they have earned their reputation. They are well managed and skilled in all their abilities. The staff is cooperative too. The best part about the school is that the Director and Principal are very approachable and open to discussions. I recommend this school to all parents looking for a second home for their kids.

Prime Academy is a lovely place for kids, more like a second home and a school I strongly recommend 👍🏼.
It provides a very enriching all round learning experience for children, which they will treasure all their lives.
The Principal Ms Rehana Kazi, Director Chaula Joshi and teaching staff are very approachable and open with parents. My son studied there right from kindergarten to X standard till last year, and has been very happy. As a parent, I too have a nice and memorable experience with the school . Every school has its own issues and any student/ parent may have issues as well , but the school has always helped us sort them all out in an amicable way .

Alhamdulillah teachings of islamic studies is good bt too much of portion for english 2 books nd few teacher's
R partial with students annual day function ws fantastic bt 2nd std f ws nt well organised few student were atvback nly during the whole play as a parents we felt bad nd the kids too were upset 😞😞😞😞rest all the classes orfasined properly student at the back gt chance to come in front bt nly 2nd std wa nt organised well

One of my student is studying and he always complains we are not allowed to drink water as we have to gobto washroom teachers afraid us nd there is nly one washroom in school lots of students in line nd washroom is too far . Teachers r selfish they r back of few students nd keep on taunting them they load students with the notes during exam time in starting they vl nt teach or give anything.

if we consider the fees of school is on average not that much good my son has admission to it the education there is not that good but the average facilities are not decent. only 1 washroom for students no ac only fans not too much experienced teachers no lab no computer lab no physical games only 1 is pt lecture is there no skills building but the studies in islamic is better than the academic studies not that good school .

Pathetic school they are taking interviews for 1std admission for 1 hour. Kid went in stress and she couldn't give proper answers. Later they rejected saying we can't select her. They need only talented kids because they don't need to work. Would like to know its a school or business
