Flora Dale School and its principal, Mrs. Indu Bhatia, epitomize unprofessionalism, poor standards and mediocrity.
They came to record their annual function music for December 2023 to my studio and I mentioned my studio charges to their teacher and trusted on them regarding payments that they will pay later so I didn’t ask for advance, because I have been working with many reputed schools and have never got any issues regarding payments.
After recording more than 25 students and completing their work which took approx. 10 hours in recording and music composing, I handed over them the completed work on trust basis and sent them the bifurcated bill of Rs.21,000/- to which without telling me that too “after 15 days” they sent me cheque of Rs.10,000/- through their teacher to my studio. I thought there was some miscommunication so i visited school and told them to give me my balance payment to which they commanded that you won’t get beyond this. I asked them to connect me to principal and they started making excuses that she’s not in school, she’s in meeting today (this went on for around another 15 days).
On my several complaints, they initially tried to ignore and made excuses, then one day principal agreed to talk to me and on meeting, requested me to settle on this amount as they had budget issues and couldn’t pay me. I don’t know here how much fees they are charging that they can’t afford such small amount. Had i known earlier, i would have never worked with them.
On my disagreements with them, they at last promised that they will pay 17k in total and asked for another two days time. I was so fed up with them that i wanted to close this and agreed on 17k as i didn’t want to waste more of my time. Such is the poor management and commitment of their principal, that 4 days passed and i didn’t receive any call or message. As i dialled and asked them on 5th day, they literally shouted & instructed me that they will only pay me 3k more and that’s it. Such are they liars & beggars and such is their commitment.
More worse is that when I sent one of my staff to collect the payment, they didn’t give 3000 Rs. to him and instead asked me to leave all my work and come to school to collect it. When on my request I told them that I was busy with my schedule and they hand-over it to my staff with due verification, they deliberately made the inconvenience to make the process slow and tedious. Hats-off to Mrs. Bhatia’s management. I really wonder how students & teachers must be going through this kind of management.
They stiffed me on payment after recording their annual function, offering flimsy excuses and dragging out the process for weeks. Despite promises, they only coughed up a fraction of what was owed, showcasing their lack of integrity and commitment.
BEWARE: Flora Dale's administration is chaotic, and their dishonesty knows no bounds. Parents, steer clear of this den of deception.
At Flora Dale, they preach about not putting a price tag on one’s heart and soul, yet their actions speak volumes about their willingness to shortchange hardworking individuals like me.
Keeping the bill of Rs.21,000 and paying only Rs.13,000 is cheating. Flora Dale School, you owe me 8000rs. Sharing reviews of the people what they feel about this School.

They are BIG CHEATS. Money-minting school, they cut parents pocket to mint the money. Parents please don’t admit your kids here. Your kids future is not safe here.

I am very disappointed here. Very bad experience.....no manner how to talk to parents specially at fee counter and the management person. Every time concerned about money only....the worst school I have seen in my life. It's not school and really a grocery shop ....bad decision for my kids....but definitely I will change this school. My sincere request to all parents please don't choose this grocery shop for the kids.

Its an okk school not very good because the washrooms are very bad and has broken gates .it's december 10 /23 now and they have not organised picnic yet .students are very disrespectful and the teachers who were good has left the school rest teachers are not good . in 2022 session they have taken the fees of annual function but then no annual function
sir are not hearing students . sir are showing false dreams to students .the buses are not good. But is good because they are celebrating good annual function this year and they make students participate in function the sir who teaches is so good in academic it's excellent

Worst decision ever to admit my both kids to this school. All they care abt is money, there are a lot way better schools than this trashy one. They do have 2-3 nice teachers, except everything trash. Reception staff so much disrespectful, they don't even treat their own topper alumni the way they say at farewell speech and all. HOPE MY GENUINE REVIEW reaches you out, helping save your kid's precious future.

Such a chaos in the management system , I went for the verification for the rank I secured for the placement purposes , they just called me on school again and again and nothing happened , my time , money gets wasted. No clear communication nothing at all.

As a former student of this school I admire it a lot for its teachers' friendly behaviour, subject knowledge and teaching methodologies. I also love how this school focuses on students' as well as its teachers' holistic development. I am sure that if your ward will be admitted in this school, he/she is going to get the best student life experience one can have.
