Since 2015, I have spent a long journey of 8 years with The Kalyani School (TKS). Yes, I am one of the founder teachers of TKS.
In TKS, we do not go into teaching, only for the money, but rather for the twinkle in the eyes of the students when they have understood how to solve a problem based on our guidance.
TKS integrates compassion into their teaching standards, emphasizes the importance of values. I have learnt here that teaching requires more than just reading textbooks out loud or dictating notes, it requires planning, performing empirical research ,to have something new to teach, handling different levels of children and get everyone on the same page.

I am very thankful for the way TKS has accepted me. I fall short of words when it comes to express my gratitude not just for one thing but numerous for that matter.
I shall be endlessly grateful for the care the school took of me during my first prolonged illness after my beloved mother's demise. There are so many little things that helped me cope after the pandemic in a new place with completely new people. I am sharing them here-
The exemptions from stay-backs in the month of Ramadan, the Friday prayers chanted from the Holy Quran, the freedom to cover our heads and also wear the Abayaa is all praiseworthy. This is in its true form 'tolerance'.
The handling of subordinates by the heads is exemplary-they are kind, considerate and very polite. This attitude of theirs teaches us how things can be done in a peaceful manner without hurting or scaring anyone.
I have genuinely been fortunate to have very sweet colleagues who never made me feel new or an outsider ever since I joined. The way Nancy, Mr. Santosh Kesti, Amira, Saipriya, Neha Agarwal and Zamora Ma'am stepped forward all by themselves to help me with the very first assembly was again beyond my expectations.
My experience at TKS makes me feel that this is the kind of place I had always wanted to work in. Even the workload has a positive side to it-It doesn't give time to engage in negative and unnecessary activities, so that's a good thing.
The reason why I am sharing this is-I have normally seen people talk about things that they don't like in their work place or anywhere around them. What we need MOST today is a little gratitude and regards for all that life gives us, it's only about our outlook, how we make a little effort to appreciate the good things howsoever small they may be or however short-lived they would have been.
All I see is - A world filled with love and beauty....... and it all depends on our reactions to things and situations.
To conclude, I would say (pray)
