Best Online school currently available in India and across globe who needs Indian curriculum. Our Son studied 2 years in this school , very good teaching staff and good teacher-student ratio. They use lot of good online tools , Kids were able to manage themselves. They conduct parent-teacher meeting regularly and take feedback from parents. Admin team and teach support team is really responsive and they resolve issues quickly. During exit formalities we interacted with Ishrat from Admin team and she did helped us to get all the required documents. Refund process was quick and smooth. Highly recommend this school if parents/kids looking for online schooling.

Pathetic management, no response from management for any issues. Have to send multiple reminders to get noticed. Will make you run behind them to get a simple TC, Its second time we are facing this issue....and this time after multiple reminders they send us TC which is simple printout taken in a normal paper....so much disappointed in their standards

Worst customer support.. They take fees on time but never delivers Learning kits on time..Their database is also worst which doesn't capture students data and say parents to fill again and again..very bad experience with logistics..Teaching is good.

Online education system very poor. Once we send any concerns or queries no reply at all. Only for collection of fees very energy after that nothing. Drastic. Already tried in the same number for past 1 week and no one pick up or respond to the messages. Calling from abroad and no response. Pathetic situation now

worst experience with the school. They dont give proper support. Only for fees they will coordinate and follow up. When you reach out for any support for books dispatch or any other support they wont pick calls. Dont ever put your kid in such a place . Worst ever experience for me personally. My kid is studying there and I will remove her from school next year.

Extremely disappointed with their support. Initial promptness to collect fees and renew admissions is on point, just like any business that only cares about revenue and not customer success. Poor customer support. They have email, chat, whatsapp, and other channels to reach out but no one responds. On the other hand, try reaching out to their sales team and you will have someone to assist you in less than a minute.

This school needs more improvement, my grand daughter is studied here and no improvements. Mainly as you see all the google reviews they will not respond properly for your request. Think before deciding.Now while going to new school my grand daughter not even able to write entrance exam and struggling to get the admissions.

Piyas Talukdar is a very proative and helpful customer support lead who goes the extra mile to get work done. My son studied in 21K school and I had to reach out for support for specific tasks. Once Piyas picks up a task, she is always available, promptly responds to queries very quickly and completes the work. So, I feel very assured if she picks up my task. I wish her all the best and I'm sure she has the right attitude to reach great heights.

I am experiencing much delay on courier. The class are going to start on June 3 and the books are still at Delhi AP. That’s my concern. After all much appreciated, especially Ishrat.

My Daughter Adhiti Rathish studied Grade 1 in this school. The education is good, but the administration departments need to be improved a lot. As we moved to Saudi Arabia, we requested TC and a report card in March 2024. For the last two months, we have been struggling with their administration department about this. They even shared the wrong report card with us last month, and we asked them to correct it. Again, we waited for a month but have not yet received it. Today, we received a message from them that they are on summer vacation. There is no proper response to the phone calls and emails. only the below response always........... ""Thank you for getting in touch with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your concern is currently being addressed by our team. We assure you that we will resolve this matter promptly and will provide you with an update shortly"" And there is no escalation stage... One phone number and One email ID. Concentrating on education is a must, but concentrating on administration is also the main thing for a good reputation. This review is also done that someone from a higher level to see this issue and support to get my daughter's Report card. 06-Jun-2024 update- Still waiting for the corrected Report card

The admission process was very hassle-free and completed in just a couple of hours, thanks to Ms. Madhusmita Biswal. Her quick responses and immediate actions were commendable. However, when it came to obtaining the Transfer Certificate, it took over three months, and we were still waiting for a response from the concerned person and the head of the department. Then, I approached Ms. Madhusmita (who was not from the same department still helped out), and my issue was resolved. The Transfer Certificate was in my email on the third follow-up with Madhusmita. Thank you, Madhusmita, for your prompt assistance. Wishing you great success in your future endeavours.

Lifesaver for Expat Parents- 21k school! As expat parents, it was challenging for our children Leah and Noel to attend Polish secondary school. We came to know about 21k School through a Google search and reached out to them. The admission procedure was smooth, and 21k School has exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The teachers here are not only experts in their fields but also deeply understand the British curriculum, which has facilitated a smooth transition for our kids. They're always ready to clarify concepts, provide extra practice, and guide through past papers. We are extremely happy with our decision to enrol our children in 21K School.

If you do IGCSE in 21k just know that they do not follow the IGCSE system at all. In terms of the way they study it's like the indian education system. The school terms are also not the same as it would be in IGCSE the holidays ( summer vacations ) are just 20 days long. they say follow the IGCSE but the way they are doing things they are not they should extend holidays to 6 weeks like it is everywhere and style of studies should also match that of IGCSE

Here is office only. Its a online school. Best online teaching school. They have CBSE and Cambridge affiliation. Works in morning and afternoon shifts. Provides high quality education and extra curricular activities. Teachers and students teach and learn respectively from the comfort of home. Got chance to meet the higher management. They are too good. Best wishes for the future.
