Can education be less about memorising, and more about making a memory? Can a lesson be touched, tasted, smelt and seen, instead of just read? Can we mould empowered human beings, instead of just skilled students? At Ekya, we can. Ekya is a community of learners, thinkers, doers and changemakers.
Ekya stands for a sense of togetherness, collaboration and unity – Ekya is a community where everyone forges ahead with purpose. The word Ekya is derived from the Sanskrit sounds of unity and individuality. It embodies the spirit of collaboration and togetherness while allowing space for the individual to grow. The Ekya logo can be interpreted in many ways and we love seeing students derive their own meaning from it.
Drawing on the legacy of the CMR Group of Institutions and the innovative, immersive methods of school systems around the world, our schools were instituted with one aim – to teach children not just what to learn, but how to learn. Here, knowing how to learn is a skill in itself, and the key to creating lifelong learners with the means to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing world.
So, welcome to Ekya, the place where we live the lesson. Every single day.

Ekya BTM has been a truly special experience compared to other CBSE schools I've attended. The teachers here are amazing they seem to know exactly what we need and make it easy to ask questions. It's a fun and relaxed environment where we're learning to think together through this design thinking challenge. As I graduate, I'm grateful for the unique and enriching journey Ekya has given me.

Ekya hiring process is extremely awful. The zonal central hr is very good apart from that Ms.Asha and Deepa both are irresponsible hr's of ekya. They do multiple drives throughout the year. They call for first round and promise for the next if being shortlisted. Then if you try to connect with them for the next round they feel disturbed, not interested and make u feel unwanted. If you are still behind them then they might arrenge an interview for eye wash then they reject you. So think twice before attending. The people who all are working taking a day off or LOP's , actually not worth it for Ekya interview. I would request to the management kindly remove this two hr's . Since years they are the one point of contact and very irresponsibly acts.

(I am using an anonymous account, I am a parent) Asha dorris is the worst principal. She is evil and cold hearted.Since this is a very small school most teachers instead of disciplining the students them selves they call the principal and threaten and the students for the smallest of reasons one such example is when one teacher called Asha dorris because they were playing hot hands and she as usual threatened to call parents.Once the principal called all the girls from 6th to 12th and started scolding them about a problem regarding the sanitary pads, due to which she called all their mothers failures and horrible parents. As a parent myself you can understand why i was concerned for issues like this they address and blame instead of fixing it themselves such comments leave a mark on the child. She has constantly commented on students who are poor in studies saying that they "have no future coming to such a prestigious school" her exact words. My child doesn't even feel safe talking to her friends anymore because Asha dorris has banned the usage of zooms and any group chats for no reason saying if anyone uses group chats or zoom get a TC immediately. I encourage the head officials to remove her effective immediately as the principal of the school. As long she exists in ekya it will never thrive I heard from my child that all seniors in 10th are leaving the school because of her and they were forced and some of them were bribed with student council roles to stay in the school. Everyone who joined joined based on the campus without knowing who runs the school. Please please please do not join. I am glad we left the school and have joined kumarens and we are really happy with the school.

The interview process here is HR not keeping the follow ups and when you call them and make sure that they respond they feel offended and just call for the demo for name sake and reject the person wantedly and waste others time.

Ekya has so many programs for the students of various age groups. They have a monthly experts talk where they encourage students to listen, learn, collaborate, ask questions, and grow as a community. My daughter learnt and grew her interest in advertising through ekya’s expert talks.

I believe in first impressions. I was impressed by Ekya BTM layout’s hospitality when we went to admit our son. The admission process was smooth and hassle-free. The faculty is highly qualified and has a great approach towards teaching. The school's emphasis on holistic development is very good.

absolutely horrible principal. Worst creature ever. No remorse or empathy for the children. She has repeatedly commented on north indians, no idea why but she has something against them. She has no value for any kids she is very strict not at all approachable. She hates hindi, so she banned people from speaking in hindi in school and said in her words, "This is not a local delhi school". She has a problem with everyone who doesnt score well, very biased. I do not know why of all people she was made the principal. The other head staff such as Madhuri, mumtaz etc are wonderful. They are very sweet and very understanding. I hope the head officials of ekya will remove her from the school as the principal. This school offers many opportunities. very positive vibes in the class room and very interactive as well. Good teachers but bad head of school. If you are willing to overlook the fact that she is the principal by all means join.

Adopting an endangered animal from the Bannerghatta National Park is one approach to promote awareness among students at Ekya BTM. The wards will be extremely grateful for this! They'll discover a wealth of information about wildlife and the natural world. I made the right decision to send my kid to Ekya Schools.

This is one of the worst school in Bangalore. They have unexperienced and inadequate teachers and hopeless head of school, school management does nothing but loads students with lot of pressure and stress (especially for middle and senior grades). They just know how to market their school and make money. You are spoiling your kids future by taking admission here. Please think twice before taking admission here for your child. I wish google had an option of (-)5 star rating because thats what Ekya deserve.

Here to talk about the mismanagement in the conduct of interviews. They send a general interview mail to every person who had ever applied for anything. Once you go there, bear the entire crowd and the interview process to finally know that they arent really looking for the post you have applied. This is my experience with the interview process. They have false career posts even in linkedin. I have been a victim of this .

This school is least bothered of a child and never respect parents.. they show their attitude to get money.. their only motto is money.. they really are not worthy to handle a child, what they really need is a well behaved corporate child to see what they do. I think they need little robots. Every time they blame kid and never take responsibility.. accordingly the class teacher also never think of the child.. I thought not to write, still see what the fate is, after 4years we left the school and now need sts number for the child. So v approached them in mail, they think they are so clever and what they did is, they called me over phone informal and said they won’t make a step to create student sts.. such a bad experience from this school.. we changed this school only coz of this school lethargic behaviour over my child and the teacher was cruel to my child.. we went for counselling and found only the school is the problem for my child.. it’s not the review to just show the hateful over the school. After 4years their approach is still same to the parents.. It may be a wake up call for the other parents too, that’s why I’m writing.. we respect each and every staff of the school, what they delivered to our child is unbearable.. thank you. Jai hind

My daughter has been a part of the school from the day it started. Seeing her grow in such a conducive environment has been a dream. The teachers go an extra mile to make sure the kids are comfortable and are learning with joy. They have adapted so beautifully to the new normal by the way od online schooling , its commendable. The efforts the teaching and non teaching staff have put in to make sure we are all happy and in line with the new education system, is what's takes them a class apart. The concern from the head of school , to the patience each teacher shows in class to making sure each child is in the right frame of mind and working towards it. They have done it all.. kudos team Ekya BTM. We have had a smooth ride cause of all your hard work. Thank you for everything.
