Parents be-careful before you take admission in GIIS. They are money looters. My kid studied in GIIS for 1st term and we had to relocate to my hometown and raised withdrawal request. They are asking to pay 2nd term fees, when my kid is not going study 2nd term in this school but still I need to pay entire fees to get the Transfer certificate. Harassing everyday with calls to pay the fees and on top of it I should also forget about the security deposit of 15000/- which was paid during the admission process. I feel like I joined my kid in some credit card company, only to receive calls to pay money.

My experience with Global Indian International School was not good. Few teachers in pre primary level are not good, they don't have much patience to handle kids. I can understand that handling small kids not a easy task but their approach towards my kid was not correct. Ms. Nisha ( pre primary teacher) tried to prove deliberately that there is some problem with my child. They forced me to consult with the counselor. But the counselor of Manipal hospital said there is nothing to worry about, moreover she accessed my child as a very intelligent child. The school constantly supported Ms. Nisha. They didn't even bother to inform me that they decided my son will not participate in sports day. Just imagine they did this thing with a 6 years old as he is playful with his friend. So, hereby I suggesting the School, Principal kindly hire a teacher who has some patience. If your kid is little playful in nature , don't join this school otherwise you have to cry.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent late payment charges imposed by the school. While I understand the importance of timely payments, the charge of ₹2,800 for just four days of delay seems excessive, especially considering the festive season, when such payments can be more challenging to manage. Additionally, the calculation method for late fees appears to be unfair. The school is applying a 3.7% late fee for both installments on a **monthly** basis rather than a **day-wise** basis, which results in significantly higher charges than what would be reasonable for a two-day delay. A day-wise calculation would be a fairer approach and would reflect the actual delay, rather than penalizing parents for the entire month. I kindly request the school to reconsider this late payment policy and adopt a more reasonable and transparent approach, especially during festive periods when families are already managing increased expenses. I would request all parents should think in this area before joining this school

Academics wise the school is fine. But management is worst. School unable to provide proper uniform since starting of academic year. Never ever seen such things for any other school.

My kid who is studying in 7th grade is yet to get his ID card after multiple reminders. I hope he gets his ID card before he completes his 10th grade.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of the faculty at GIIS. The teachers are exceptional, and I can confidently say that they are very good at what they do. Both of my children are studying at GIIS, and I have seen significant progress in their academics.

GIIS is a very good school for holistic development of the child. My son enjoys going to school and when he comes back is happy and has so much to share. All the management, teachers and staff take care of kid well. It’s a child centric school without much pressure. Its a school where a child can blossom . Above all, there is a friendly teacher-student relationship. In short, has a warm learning environment. The administration of the school is always ready to listen to your feedback and concerns . GIIS is a school that supports and encourages co curricular activities. Regular events and celebrations take place. This teaches the child much more. (Sports, culturals, exhibitions etc.) A very happy parent!

My daughter enjoys going to this school. They keep the kids occupied with back to back activities & events. All her teachers identify the talents within them & motivate the kids. Finally, I found a good school for my child in bangalore. Any issues if reported are immediately addressed & actioned.

Think before choosing this school, specially for Preprimary class, they have a pathetic transportation system, my kid has never reached school for breakfast time, school starts at 8.30, the bus pick us up at 8.30, very disappointed with transportation in this school.

Update : Finally we received the refund after 2 months. We have taken TC for my son from 5th grade in April 2024. There is supposed to be a refund of more than 12000 . But we have not yet received it . Even after multiple follow up emails no one is replying. No one is answering from the front office call . Why so much of delay in refund. While taking money you never delayed it . Why the arrival time of bus is late almost every day .Its better to reduce 5 min from each period & leave the kids early . Kids going from home at 7:45 AM & reaching by 3:45 to 4 PM is not good for 7km distance between school & home . As the traffic in Bangalore is increasing after 3 PM , better to release the kids early from school to avoid these traffic.

Dear All, Please check your kids status in Govt Portal. because my son was studied GIIS Dommasandra, for UKG and 1st Standard. After that I discontinued and joined other school. after that i come to know that, they did not promote / entry in the GOVT Portal ( SAC) . due to that my son status still shows in UKG / 1st , and it will impact my son carrier . At present i following with GIIS management, last 2 years ( Last year and current year ), yet to taken the action from them. i understand that, window will open only in Month of MAY for any changes. so request you to every one to check your kids status, if your kids studies in GIIS. Thanks.

Education and Sports are equally focussed in the school, Teachers have been very supportive. It was only during the reopening of school after the lockdown there were some hickups related to the transport. Now its all sorted.
