GUIDELINES FOR NEW ADMISSION 2023-24
“Finding the right school is all about finding the right environment for a child”. We, at National Public School, Kengeri, strive with the same goal in mind.
Admission at NPS Kengeri is open to all children from KG & Montessori (All age group) and Classes - 3, 4, 5, 9 & 11 (Science & Commerce), irrespective of caste, creed, race, religion or gender.

Registration for Admission
Online registrations for KG & Montessori for the academic year 2023-24 will open from Wednesday 12th October 2022.Online registrations for Classes - 3, 4, 5, 9 & Class-11 (Science & Commerce) for the academic year 2023-24 will open from Monday 17th October 2022Age Limit: Nursery – 3 years and above as on June 2023 Mont-I – 3 years and above as on June 2023We are seeing a growing interest among a large number of parents seeking admission to NPS, Kengeri. We would like to inform every parent that we have very limited seats available. As per the policy and directive of CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), we have the following guidelines for admission:
The first priority is for eligible siblings.The second priority for admission is listed for Alumni of NPS group of schools.The third preference is for nationally mobile group including central services & other transferable services of India.The next in the priority list is for children of our teachers and other staff members.This will be followed by general category.To have an effective teaching learning process, we maintain limited class strength. Considering the limited number of seats available, it is expected that those who seek admission will realize and understand the constraints that the institution faces. The disappointment of not getting admission should not become a matter of unhappiness among the parents.
STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR REGISTRATION PROCESS
Online registration can be done through the school website www.npskengeri.comSelect Apply online under Admission tab.Please go through the instructions as per the attachment and proceed with the registration process.Ensure that application is filled properly and completely.Incomplete form will not be accepted.Submit all essential documents required to complete the registration process.School will remain closed on third Saturdays & public holidays.Admission will be confirmed based on the interaction of the child and his/her parents with junior wing admission committee.KG-2 & Mont-3 candidates will have to appear for a simple written test followed by an interaction with CENTRE HEAD along with the parents.Date of interaction of the child and his/her parents will be intimated 10 days prior to the interaction date. You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number for the same.Interaction with parents and the child will commence from first week of November, 2022.ADMISSIONS TO CLASSES - 3, 4, 5 & 9
Admission to any class will be finalized based on the performance in the written test conducted by school.Date of entrance test will be intimated through an SMS.Entrance test is generally conducted in third/fourth week of December every year.ADMISSIONS TO CLASS-11
Admissions will be finalized based on the performance in the written test & percentage of marks during Mid-Term Examination (Class-10).Date of entrance test will be intimated through an SMS in the first week of December 2022.Entrance test will tentatively be scheduled on Third/Fourth Saturday of December 2022.
