The School is run by the St. Andrews Scots Education Society which was formed in 1988 with an aim to impart holistic Education to develop the varied facets of a childs personality i.e. physical, intellectual, spiritual and emotional.The founder Principal Mrs. P.L. Rana, twice recipient of S. Radhakrishnan Award, the State Teachers Award instituted by Federation of Public Schools and Peace Mercy and Tolerance Award, has left no stone unturned to make the school emerge as one of the best in all fields, be it Academics, Sports or performing Arts. Making this Institute emerge as the alma mater for students that broadens horizons, inspires and empowers them to dream the impossible and yet keeps them grounded so as not to lose touch with reality. he school is recognised up to Senior Secondary level by the Directorate of Education, Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, under All India 10+2 pattern for all the three streams Science, Commerce and Humanities.Subjects prescribed by the C.B.S.E. in accordance with the 10+2 pattern of courses are followed. Sanskrit is introduced as the third language at the middle level and taught from class VI to X. In keeping with the demands of global outlook towards education, French has also been introduced in the School.
