Admission Process of Aravali International School

The process for admission to Aravali International School involves completing the online registration form along with the non-refundable Registration Fee. However, it's important to note that registration alone does not guarantee a reserved seat. Admission is based on an entrance examination or interview, and vacancies will be communicated to students. Those who have registered will receive information about the examination date.

Following the entrance examination, the final decision regarding the appropriate class for the child rests with the Principal. The age of the student should align with the class requirements by the start of the academic year, with reference to March 31st of that year.

Parents or guardians will receive notification if a child is selected for admission. However, the admission offer is confirmed only upon the timely payment of fees and security deposits. If a child doesn't join the school within the specified time after confirmation, the fee deposits will not be refunded.

For students transferring from another school, a Transfer Certificate from the previous school is necessary before joining Aravali International School. It's important to provide a certified copy of the birth certificate since age details cannot be changed once entered in the School Admission Register.

Upon withdrawal from the school, a transfer certificate will be issued if proper notice is given, and fees have been settled according to the school's regulations. The school management retains the discretion to close the registration process at any time.
