Good school with a rather conservative or traditional outlook that may not sit well for liberal minded folks. Some children may find such a school environment rather stifling. The school is situated in a sprawling ground. Safe premises for the school children as the entire educational institution is encircled by high walls. Good location and the school is a prominent landmark in HSR Layout. About 50 years ago before HSR Layout was developed, this school's grounds were supposed to be a vast coconut grove.

Campus is very big but it is not well maintained. There is big ground too. Even the class rooms are not having proper table chair setup. Location of the school is the only plus point, it has two entrances which further adds advantage. Not sure about the teaching and teachers.

A horrible experience. We had SOF Olympiad 2nd level examination. In the IMO, the invigilator told the students not to open their question booklets or to start writing till the bell rang. The students waited patiently for 15 minutes. At 1:15, one of the students asked whether they could start writing. The invigilator, extremely rudely replied back by saying, "Who are you waiting for?". When the students tried to tell him that he told them to wait till the bell rings, he replied to this by saying, "Don't say I gave you the wrong information, start writing, I will collect papers at 2:00 sharp." The poor students had merely 42 minutes to solve 50 Higher Order Thinking Skills olympiad level questions. The bell never rang in the beginning, it rang only when the exam ended. At sharp 2:00, which is 42 minutes instead of an hour, the invigilator snatched the answer sheets out of the student's hands violently. He then told them to "move", again extremely rudely. Horrific. Absolutely wrong, both morally and practically. Horrible experience, the staff was very rude, impolite and partial to the students of their own school. They think that the people who don't study in their school are worthless, meaningless, illiterate creatures.

It has good name in society, good n big campus, spacious play ground n they have good teaching staff, they have transportation facility as well n fee structure also fine... overall it's good school.

Jss public school is a very much trusted school all over karnataka. Faculties are average and few are very good just like all other schools. The management asks money for everything(eg:id card, study certificate, sports day, annual day). The ground is huge here, and there is a basketball court too. Students are decent. I found the best buddies of my life here. This school has so many sweet memories of mine. Cultural events are good. This school stands on the expensive side.
