At the Deens Academy admissions are processed all through the year to accommodate children whenever there are vacancies. Applications form for the admission to the new academic year is available online from the month of October of the previous year. .

The admission process is managed by the admissions officer who can be contacted by email, admissions@deensacademy.com. She will assist you with any queries regarding admissions and guide you through the process.

Admissions for the year 2020-21 will began in September 2019. School tours will be available from August onwards.

Parents are requested to apply using an online form which is available on the following pages for each campus separately.

To apply you would need child’s Aadhar card number and  soft copies of the following documents         ( size less than 2 MB each) :1. Photographs of student, father and mother2. Birth certificate3. Immunization record

The selection procedure is as follows:

Application forms will be processed for the academic year 2019-20 based on the following criteria:-a)Prioritised as per proximity to specified campusb) The age criteria for KiDeens which we strictly adhere to is (please do not request otherwise)

Toddler: Born on or before  30th June 2018Playgroup: Born on or before 30th June 2017LKG: Born on or before 30th June 2016UKG: Born on or before 30th June 2015

c) Physical and mental fitness such that the child can seamlessly integrate into the class.d) A shared belief for the education of the child between parents and the Schoole) There will be a verbal interaction with the child for LKG and UKG applicants.

• On passing the selection process a letter of confirmation is sent to the parent. Within one week of confirmation, the processing fee and first installment of the academic fees needs to be paid to enroll the child into the school.
• The fee payment needs to be done through Demand Draft or online payments
