Admission Process of Pawar Public School
- The Online Admission Registration Form for Nursery will be available from 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 3rd October 2023, to 10:00 p.m. on Monday, 9th October 2023, for all eligible candidates on www.ppsdombivali.com.
- The Online Admission Registration Form Fee is Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable).
- Before filling up the online admission form, parents should download the Medical History Sheet, available on the school website under "Online Admissions." This sheet must be completed, signed, and stamped by a registered medical practitioner and then scanned and uploaded during the Admissron Registration Form submission.
- Parents must also upload a clear image of the child's birth certificate while filling out the admission registration form. In the case of birth certificates in languages other than English, the original notarized certificate translated into English should be uploaded along with the original birth certificate. The same documents need to be submitted during document submission if admission is confirmed.

- For Flat Owners of Palava (Casa Rio/Rio Gold/Casa Bella/Casa Bella Gold, Lodha Elite/Lodha Freshia/Lakeshore Greens), parents should bring the original document of the Sale Agreement of the flat and a self-attested photocopy. Those without the original Sale Agreement should provide a self-attested photocopy along with the latest/recent original electricity bill and a self-attested copy.
- The Medical History Sheet, completed, signed, and stamped by a registered medical practitioner.
- The Parental Consent Form and the Cancellation of Admission and Refund Policy, signed by both parents or whoever signed the admission form.
- Two recent color photographs of the child properly affixed on the printout of the Admission Form.
