Admission Process

For Pre-Nursery and Nursery Admissions (2024-25):

The sale of registration forms for Pre-Nursery and Nursery admissions for the academic year 2024-25 has been concluded. Transfer cases can communicate with the Director Principal at principal@dpsgurgaon.org for further assistance.

Age Criteria:

Pre-Nursery: The child’s age should be 3 years as of 1st April of the academic year for which admission is sought.
Nursery: The child’s age should be 4 years as of 1st April of the academic year for which admission is sought.
Please note that the age criteria are non-negotiable.
Required Documents at the Time of Admission:

Child’s Aadhaar Card
Child’s Municipal Birth Certificate
Proof of residence for Gurgaon residents

Admission to Other Classes (Prep to Class IX):

For inquiries regarding admissions to classes other than Pre-Nursery and Nursery, interested parties can direct their questions to the Director Principal at principal@dpsgurgaon.org.

Age Criteria:

Class Prep: The child should be 5 years old by 1st April of the session in which admission is sought.
Class I: The child should be 6 years old by 1st April of the session in which admission is sought.
Class II: The child should be 7 years old by 1st April of the session in which admission is sought.
And so forth for the subsequent classes. Please note that the age criteria remain inflexible.

Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
Birth Certificate
Proof of residence for Gurgaon residents
For transfer cases, proof of residence can be submitted before the child’s enrollment.
Mid-Term Admissions:

The mid-term admission deadline is 31st August of the relevant session. No new admissions will be accepted after this date.

Admission Tests:

In cases where applicable, a general and age-appropriate admission test will be conducted.
