Having attended this school from LKG to 12th standard, I regret to say that my experience was largely negative and traumatic. Despite the potential to focus on infrastructure improvements and providing quality education, the school fostered a toxic culture that prioritized moral policing and shaming students over genuine development and care. Instead of addressing the weaknesses of individual students and helping them improve, the approach often left students feeling inferior and demotivated. As a 13-year-old, I vividly remember being publicly humiliated in front of my classmates because I froze during my first seminar due to stage fright. Rather than providing guidance or encouragement, the situation was handled in a way that exacerbated my fears and instilled a deep sense of embarrassment. A teacher’s role is to foster confidence and positivity, but sadly, this toxic environment did the opposite. The culture extended beyond academics. I witnessed higher secondary school girls being unfairly criticized for using basic hygiene products like wet wipes and lip balms—an instance that reflected narrow-mindedness and a lack of understanding. The principal, too, seemed to practice double standards when dealing with students and their families. I noticed that students were treated differently based on their socioeconomic and caste backgrounds. For instance, parents with limited English proficiency were often disrespected, a practice that was both discriminatory and unprofessional. There were also incidents of inappropriate behavior from certain teachers, who at times made degrading comments or resorted to physical discipline that left students feeling humiliated. The environment was further poisoned by some teachers propagating divisive ideologies, instilling religious and caste-based prejudices among young minds. Terms and remarks that subtly demeaned students from specific castes or communities were commonplace, creating a toxic and hostile atmosphere for many. The school’s apparent alignment with certain extreme ideologies overshadowed its responsibility to nurture progressive thoughts and provide a well-rounded education. Swami Vivekananda’s principles of inclusivity and universal acceptance, which the institution claimed to uphold, were largely ignored in practice. Despite these concerns, there was little emphasis on improving the quality of education or upgrading sports facilities and infrastructure. This neglect further hindered the holistic development of students. It is my sincere hope that no child has to endure such a toxic environment in the future. Education should empower and uplift children, not leave them with scars of humiliation and trauma.

There is no transparency or communication to parents in lkg admission. Rejection is done as per their wish one of the worst selection process and very rude management. Teachers/Principal no one is approachable. pls don't admit your children in this school They give only importance to caste and recommendation. Student should be treated equally, that will never happen in this school.

No transparent admission process - Worst management. I have been trying to get admission for my kids from UKG std. No transparent selection process. As a alumnus of vivekananda school, I visited the school entrance for almost 30-40 times to try of admission. I thought of trying it as a alumnus of the school. At last, I came to know that they were doing selection through recommendation and I also did that. But still, there is no use. Parents are not even allowed to meet principal regarding admission. Security stops you at the entrance of the school when he knows that you are trying for admission. What kind of school is this ? What kind of value they are going to bring to the society if they don't know how to respect the parents ? What is the use of saying NAMASTHE when there is no value in the school
