• Please fill the form online, available on the school website ONLY www.davjasola.com. (Nursery Admission). Take the printout of filled form (Nursery Admission) paste photograph and submit it along with the required documents at the fee counter of the school, if the form not submitted at the school fee counter registration will not be considered and form will be cancelled. The Payment will be made through ONLINE ONLY.

• Incomplete/Incorrect/Duplicate Registration forms will be rejected.

• Do not use symbols like - / or ‘ or “ : or (Etc. while filling the form online as these symbols cannot be accepted by the software.

• Kindly fill the application form carefully.

• Please be sure that all the information duly filled and self-attested otherwise the form will be cancelled.

• Forms without the supporting documents will be cancelled and not be entertained for further process.

• List of selected candidates (First list) and the waiting list can be checked only on the School’s website on 24th January 2020.

• Please check the general instructions on the school website before filling up the form and the distance of your area as well.

• 25 % seats reserved for students under EWS / Disadvantaged category. Registration will be made on the Website of Directorate of Education (www.edudel.nic.in)  

• Birth Certificate of child issued by MCD/ NDMC/ Municipal Corporation of any other state.

• Proof of Residence (Anyone):- Self Attested photocopy of Parent(s) Ration Card, Smart Card /Voter’s Identity Card.- Domicile certificate of Parent(s).- Electricity Bill/ MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill, Passport in the name of any of the parent or child. - Aadhar Card / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents. 

• Proof to validate sibling application [copy of last fee receipt/I-card/Report card of brother/sister] already studying in DAV Public School, Jasola Vihar, New Delhi.

• Proof of Alumni, if applicable [Copy of T.C / Mark sheet / Report Card] to be attached with the form. Points of Alumni will be considered subject to Parent passed out from the same school i.e DAV Sarita Vihar/ DAV Jasola Vihar.
