Apeejay Svran Admission Procedure
To initiate the application process at Apeejay Svran Global School, interested individuals are required to duly complete the application form and remit the registration fee. Payment options include online submission through the Online Application Form or manual submission by downloading the form. For the latter, a cheque or demand draft of INR 1000/- in favor of ‘APEEJAY’ should be presented at the School reception.
Applicants are also requested to provide several essential documents for the registration process. In the case of online application, these documents need to be uploaded, while for the offline route, they should be attached with the downloaded application form. These documents encompass a self-attested copy of the child’s and parents’ Aadhar Card or Passport, original Aadhar Card/Passport for verification purposes, a self-attested copy of the child’s birth certificate, four recent passport-sized photographs of the child with a white background, two years of previous school reports (for Grade 2 and beyond), and a self-attested copy of the vaccination record (mandatory for Grade 1 and Grade 2 applicants).
The school's administration will subsequently communicate to schedule an interaction and/or a level placement assessment, if deemed necessary. Following the completion of these assessments, the school will reach out to applicants who have been shortlisted.
For successful applicants, submission of the child's Transfer Certificate, where applicable, is required along with the necessary fee payment to confirm the allocated seat.
After thorough verification of the provided documents and confirmation of fee payment, the school will dispatch an admission acceptance letter, finalizing the admission process.
