Admission Process of Apeejay School International, Panchsheel Park

Apeejay School International, Panchsheel Park, follows a straightforward and parent-friendly admission process. Here’s a simple breakdown of the steps you’ll need to follow, so you can confidently guide your child through it.

Step 1: Submitting an Enquiry or Registration Form

The journey begins by submitting an online Enquiry or Registration Form, which can be filled out at the school’s reception or on their website. This step helps the school gather basic information about your child and allows them to keep you updated on the next steps in the process.

Step 2: Counselling Session with Head-Admissions

Once the form is submitted, the school will schedule a meeting with the Head of Admissions. This session is entirely free of charge and is designed to offer parents a chance to understand the school’s curriculum, ethos, and how they can cater to your child’s specific educational needs. It’s also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the school’s programs.

Step 3: Payment of Registration Fee

After the counselling session, you’ll need to pay the registration fee to move ahead in the process. Don’t worry – the school will guide you on the exact amount and payment method at this stage.

Step 4: Scheduling an Interaction and Assessment

Next, the school will reach out to you to schedule an interaction or an evaluation for your child. If your child is applying for Grade 3 or above, they’ll also need to take an assessment test in English and Mathematics. This step helps the school understand your child’s current academic level and how they can best support their learning journey.

Step 5: The Big Day – Interaction and/or Assessment

This is the day when your child gets to interact with the school team, and for those applying for Grade 3 and beyond, they’ll take their assessment tests. As parents, it’s natural to feel nervous, but remember, this step is just to understand how your child can thrive in the school environment.

Step 6: Admission Offer

Once the interaction and/or assessment is completed, the school will get in touch with you to let you know whether your child has been offered a seat. This is an exciting step, and we recommend keeping an eye on your phone or email for the update!

Step 7: Document Submission

If your child has been offered a seat, the next step is to complete the registration process. You’ll need to bring several important documents with you, including:

  • Self-attested copies of both the child’s and parents’ Aadhar Cards or Passports
  • Original Aadhar Cards/Passports (for verification)
  • Self-attested copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • Transfer certificate from the previous school
  • Recent passport-sized photographs (four of your child and two of both parents/legal guardian, with a white background)
  • COVID vaccination record (for Grade 9 and above)
  • Previous school reports (for Grade 3 and beyond)
  • Vaccination record (for Grade 1 and 2 applicants)
  • Own transport/taxi user: Waivers

Step 8: Final Interview with the Principal

After your documents are verified and the necessary fees are paid, you’ll be invited for a formal interview with the school’s Principal. This is a final step to ensure everything is in place and to formally welcome your child to the school.

  • Note: School reserves the right to write to the previous schools attended for Referrals/Letters of Recommendation.
