My sons enjoyed their stay and time in school (Early Years) - they look forward to going to school everyday and sometimes even on weekends and holidays (as they do not keep track of the days) =)).
That, i believe speaks volumes about their experience and i am very thankful for that peace of mind.
I do believe the school is on the right track on adopting a holistic and enjoyable learning environment for children. I have perceived that there is a conscious and concerted effort by all the faculty staff in nurturing each child to their fullest potential.
I would like to give a special mention to Ms Susan Raphael in taking extra care and consideration in shaping the behaviour of my elder son. The difference in his behaviour from day one to-date has been markedly progressive and positive. Her patience and dedication shows. My son will definitely miss her guidance and it would be challenging to find another similar teacher as her in our next country of residence.
We also want to give thanks to Ms Rekha, Mr Pihlblad, Ms Ashwini and other teachers within his circle, for their patient caring for Tobias. All of them worked together to give a wholesome and holistic learning environment.

One of the best schools in Mumbai ... I guess they provide very good standard of education but the fee is too high. It is affordable for the rich only. It's specially for the kids of those who work in multinational companies and are transferred to different countries for their work. Most of the students in here are foreigners.

The middle school science faculty at ASB have taken an active role in differentiating for passionate, gifted, talented and high-achieving students in STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics). They have spent the past three years developing the ASB STEM Club as an extracurricular activity.
The club is open to any student interested in pursuing deep, rigorous STEM related research projects, with a particular focus on horticultural science.
In 2016 they began prototyping a student driven, project-based STEM inquiry club. In 2017 they entered 3 student teams into the NESA (Near East and South Asia) International STEM competition, taking 1st 3rd and 9th place amongst over 100 teams of talented science and technology students.
Projects have included solar powered water purification systems for clean water access in impoverished local communities, automated Arduino controlled irrigation systems to reduce water wastage in drought affected regions, and evolving salt tolerance into bacterial decomposers for soil rehabilitation.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at the American School of Bombay. The ASB provides many activities during and after school not only for the students but also for their parents. The students of BIS who have been there since before very quickly make friends with new students. There are nice inter school competitions. Students and teachers at BIS come from different backgrounds, regions & religions of India and this sensitizes international students to India’s incredible unity in diversity.
A lot of intercultural learning takes place while eating and nourishing themselves during the BIS school lunches.
