Lack of communication between class teachers and parent . Communication book will be provided to kid,but something important will not be write down there , instead parent rep send in wats app where there may chance of miss the info if we get stuck with other family and office issues . All burden over parents .My kid teacher don't stand on one point she change her comments according to situation. Teachers not trained to take their job with service mentality they were very rude to parents , and felt stress to handle only 20 kids. For everything they blame it's due to media or parent not making kids to sleep or diet is not good. They don't think what can be changed from their end .

1. Lack of communication: We were asked to reach the school premise along with our child, and there was a confusion of which campus to go. We reached the primary school and then we were redirected to the main campus 2. Lack of empathy: The POC for admission, Sabareeswari was busy with other parents. My kid sat in her chair and was playfully insistent. I thought Sabareeswari would be ok to sit in the adjacent sofa, but however she wanted to sit in the very same chair, which left my kid sobbing uncontrollably. I was utterly perplexed as I expected the team from a Waldorf based school, to have a certain level of empathy to understand the kid. PS: Post 10 to 15 minutes, I requested Sabareeswari to kindly sit in the sofa, for which she agreed, but still, I would have expected much more empathy from a Waldorf inspired school facilitator.
