Very recently, I have served there as a teacher, July 2022. But my salary is due.
I am being treated like a strange element. My calls are not being answered… I was not allowed to enter the school when I went there… after all I am just asking for what is mine and I was told that I will get my salary then why this change of mind . It doesn’t leave a good impression.
Not a pleasant experience at all. I don’t appreciate such attitude and treatment.
Replying to the response on the above review.
Hello,
Whosoever has replied, please, for God’s sake don’t talk so cluelessly, first go and get a hold of things, know what you are talking about!
As a teacher, I very well understand my responsibility towards the students (don’t need anyone’s validation) and that’s why I informed the school in advance that I will be resigning and WILL be serving the notice period as well. (Innocent me)
But the moment you got a new teacher you just asked me discontinue on the promise that I will be given my salary till date. Otherwise Why would I leave? That’s when I left the school. I didn’t left in between. I was asked to leave and that was my mistake that I left, my poor, gullible nature.
What sort of provisions does your school have?
The principal, herself, is not clear about what to do, how to go about dealing with such issues.
How can you appoint a new teacher when the previous one has not yet left? That’s not how it is supposed to be.
I know my truth which is that I am honest, and innocent. What might say whatever you feel like that can’t change the facts. I would suggest first of all keep a close eye on what’s going inside and then do a proper monitoring so that the mistakes are not repeated.
It’s just that because you are in power you decide to do what feels right to you. The way I way treated was disgusting. Money or salary is secondary. But transparency, code of conduct, ethics and values are a ‘Thing’ especially for a school which is supposed to be an epitome of fairness and values. Whatever happened was not ethical or moral or even fair at all.
Never mind, Now I tell myself that I worked at a non- paid internship at GVA and gained so much experience. (I can only hope my salary will be used for a good cause)
I know it’s difficult but just for once we must introspect. Just for the sake of our own betterment. It is needed. God is kind. And I believe in karma. So It’s all okay. As you sow so shall you reap.
Also, everything aside, must admit, I am thankful to the school for the opportunity to improve my skills and grow as a person.
You learn from your mistake I learn from mine.
Let’s stop the blame game. Peace out.
Life continues.
May god bless thy and thy school.

In PTM she also gives right feedback with improvement plan about her student and also resolve parents query and feedbacks immediate. I want to express my special thanks to Chavi Mam for her great efforts to improve the education standard in GVA . I wish for her bright future in GVA.
My personal view about GVA - My two kids is studying in GVA. It is good school in noida but in today's competitive world, GVA need to do a lots of improvements to meet the global education standard and school's basic facilities also.

We live in Sector 15 A, Noida since the past 20 years. I have never come across an institution like this.
They induce Quality education and sheer substance in students. This place is no doubt the best school in Delhi.
They do not believe in marketing and showing off.
Rather their results speak volumes about the strength and practical learning.
Very happy with the results in my grand children! In fact everyone I referred to this School has been truly happy!
Thank you Green Valley for raising the standards of education in the country
